Blueberry Bean Smoothie


  • 250 ml non-fat, vanilla, Greek yogurt
  • 166 g frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 90 g canned, reduced-sodium, black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  1. Combine yogurt, blueberries, banana, black beans, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
