Blueberry Bean Smoothie
Ingredients
250 ml non-fat, vanilla, Greek yogurt
166 g frozen blueberries
1 medium banana
90 g canned, reduced-sodium, black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Combine yogurt, blueberries, banana, black beans, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
